Product Warranty


Words and phrases used in this document have the same meaning as set out in the Supplier’s terms and conditions.

This document sets out the warranty provided to the Client where the Client is purchasing the Product as a “consumer” within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where the Client is not a “consumer” within the meaning of the ACL, the Client is entitled to the warranty set out in the Supplier’s terms and conditions. Where Products are purchased for re-supply, the Client is not a consumer for the purpose of this document.

This consumer warranty is subject to the Supplier’s terms and Conditions except where the Supplier’s terms and conditions are not enforceable by reason of any provision in the ACL.

Warranty Period (Premium Steel BinSpring only) means the period of 10 (ten) years from dispatch of the Products by the Supplier to the Client.

The Supplier warrants that the Products supplied by the Supplier to the Client:

a. Will be free from defects in design, manufacture and workmanship for the Warranty Period.

b. Will be reasonably fit for their intended purpose for the Warranty Period.

The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law in relation to the goods or services supplied by us. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
